I took only i shot of prolia and had severe fatigue, much worse nasal congestion and watery eyes, alomg with itching and dry skin etc. My dr took me off prolia for now ,increased Vit D and calcium and see her in 6 months. It is possible your tiredness could be from the Prolia but you will have to see. I am a person who is vewry sensitive to meds and usually take a smaller dose which is fine with my Dr but this cannot be done with Prolia from what I read
