Well I actually have stenosis I do have degenerative disc disease but I think the stenosis is the main culprit of my pain. I tried looking for one of those is it called a inversion table? I guess I could still try it wouldn't hurt. And what was that procedure you had done? They say I need fusion surgery cuz I have a spondyosysis I spelled that wrong but I'll try those tables if I can find one. Is there one that you recommend?

Teeter Hang-Ups are good. Mine is old and I doubt it’s still made. I don’t know if it will help with stenosis. I have a bit of that.you know, I’ve been taking OPC3 for 20 + years. It helps with small vessel blood flow and may help with pain. I have been taking it to ward off macular degeneration, which runs in my family. That may help. Check it out on Shop.com.
