Pressure in my head?

I don’t think it’s blood pressure related, but if it is, it would be a temporary spike, which is normal and can happen especially if you’re not used to being active.

For clarity, do you feel better when you’re resting?
And did it feel like you were spinning or dizzy?

No sometimes it happens and just stays that way! And my NP said it was blood pressure then she said it was a sinus infection with no proof of such a thing.

I don't know if it feels like I'm dizzy or spinning. I don't really know what that entails.

I was told it isn't a blood pressure symptom by online doctors. I feel a bit lied to
