I've been posting my recent success on other threads but have been on this one since I started 2 yrs ago with Libtayo. This past month my Signatera numbers went up from 1.74 to 10 and then 2 months later to 30. PET lit up in my chest node and we talked about switching to cetuximab which I have feared due to stronger side effects. Then my last PET was completely clear and my ctDNA went to 1.14...go figure. After 22 months of Libtayo and no new SCC skin breakouts. So now my oncologist is allowing me to do 6 week double dose Libtayo and continued Signatera and PET monitoring. Fingers crossed this is it but I know that it could resurface. Just nice to have a 4 hour drive break for treatment.

@louisejewell Let me see if I'm understanding you correctly: the Signatera value (which is a lab test some providers use in conjunction with other tests as an early marker of metastasis) had risen just before imaging showed possible mets in your chest? But before switching to cetuximab - a stronger chemotherapeutic agent - everything returned to normal range and you've not had any further squamous cell lesions; is that correct?

That's great that you can proceed with increased dosage and less commuting. Keep us posted on how the surveillance goes from here out!
