Thank you, I just don't think I did it right the first time and then I gave up. My son has told me over and over that this will help me. I just felt a little lost when I googled it. Didn't really understand what I was looking for and knew I didn't want tea, tincture or anything I would taste. It sounds like the way you do it is exactly how I want to do it.
