I’ve been on Letrozole for about a year. I was dealing with insomnia while on it, but found switching to take in the morning has helped. I have bad knees, so I “jog” in the pool for an hour each day to get in my exercise and that has definitely helped with the fatigue and bone loss prevention. Brain fog is something I struggle with as well as what seems to be instant aging/wrinkles in my face. I’m 56 and in the last year on Letrozole my face has aged 10-12 years. But honestly just thankful to be here to share! Hang in there everyone! You’re an overcomer!
