glad you are through the surgery. Make sure you get and and walk. Few steps here and there and as you feel more comfortable increase the distance. This will help you eliminate the bloating after the surgery and start to strengthen your pelvic muscles.
If you have lymph fluid left over after the surgery, walking will also help get this absorbed faster.
I am 4 weeks out of the surgery myself (RARP, with 13 lymph nodes spliced, seminal vesicles removed and 30% of the nerve bundles removed).
Kegels, kegels, kegels, but only 2-3 weeks after the surgery.
Right now drink lots of water.

@dinu thank you for your kind words. I’m moving around fairly well now - but slowly. Looking very forward to the catheter removal.

So glad you had the surgery and hope it was very successful for you. My thoughts are with you.

I’m keeping a journal and will post a day by day summary after the first week in case it helps others.
