@nanamillie I'm assuming that you had a spinal fusion. There is no recovery from this surgery. It only makes matters worse. I have one 12 years ago and it have gotten worse every year. My hip doctor is sending me to a new doctor who is young and has 5 star review. I will see him on Thursday because now I am having trouble urinating. This is serious and they took me right away. I am hoping he can help with the spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease also.
I know how you are feeling. I am 72 with no underlying conditions and live alone. Many things to do is hard and I have to hire someone to do everything. Luckily I have the finances to do so. I will pray for you.

@linda6101 you are correct I had a spinal fusion from what I was told it would take care of the pain I was having I just got all my medical records and he has lies in the records I had to have two because I woke up in severe pain on the left side I still can't lay my hand on my left thigh it hurts.

@linda6101 this babe maybe my second reply cuz I hit the wrong button before. But then I ended up having a second lumbar surgery cuz he took the screws out of the left side of my spine woke up couldn't feel my right leg mid calf all the way down through my foot and my left foot they both feel like they're swelling but you look at them they're not swollen so I guess I'm Walker bound and possibly on the way to a wheelchair for the rest of my life. You will be in my prayers I'm in Oklahoma maybe we could go online and shatter whatever but thank you for your response I really do appreciate that

@linda6101 if he had told me that what I'm going through since the surgery could be a possibility I never would have had it.
