Hi there- I am a 70 y/o male who just celebrated my 3 year SCAD event(STEMI). No pre-existing conditions known, but post SCAD, tortuous coronary vessels discovered during angio... I had been dx with labile hypertension, but never medicated... relatively active, normal BMI.
I workout( nothing crazy) 3-4 a week and am living my life with no limitations. ASA (81mg)and 50 mg losartan daily.
I am lucky to have experienced SCAD later than most..... I would imagine being younger would be much more stressful, particularly dealing with so much unknown.
