Ray here, have not had RALP as of yet. Did you have nerve sparing procedure?
Reading that night time return to :normalcy: takes time. Wish I had more to offer.

I had nerves spared on one side and partial on the other. Better some than none. Noe elections as of yet but that’s not surprising. I have stop wearing pads at night and almost every where during the day. I do wear one for bike rides still. Extra protection from the seat.
