My therapist gave me a lifetime routine after my TKR to include stationary bike, 2 lb weight on ankle with leg lifts sitting and standing, clamshells, sitting ball squeezes, bridges, sit to stand without using hands, up n down a step block, leg stretches and I did water aerobics for 2 years starting when incision healed
