@johnbishop thank you for your opinion. I have thought of going to a rheumatologist and have an appointment. Unfortunately where I live access to specialist are difficult to get. Next available appointment is December. In the meantime, I trust my family doctor to make decisions. She checks on me every 4 or 5 days. Will be talking with her today and I suspect she is going to up the prednisone dose.
