@jamessaxo I'm just the opposite again...I have excess B12 (due to a red haired background) and I take 2 pills a day for excessive stomach acid. I think that is why they say that this disease is different for each person.

@armywac I have wrestled with this vitB12 question for a long time. I take Lansoprazole which lowers stomach acid and B12 needs acid to be absorbed. I have therefore started sublingual B12 which by - passes the stomach and directly enters the bloodstream. I don’t know whether this. Solves the problem. Any thoughts
