I bought this on Amazon. I am not sure if it helps. At the most, it seems to have slowed down the progression. I like it because it contains BOTH ingredients that are probably good for the nerves, and it is not expensive: About $35 for a two-month supply. Worth a try.

@japanjim I have tried both for about 3 years to no benefit whatsoever. I have small fibre peripheral neuropathy which has been diagnosed by a Neurologist. The cause of this affliction was an overdose of Crestor 40mg for a prolonged period.
