@meri8181 I visited a place back in 2022 called Disc Centers of America. It was run by a chiropractor. He said decompression therapy could solve all my problems. Not covered by insurance and would cost $9000. He had a finance company all set to help me out. Just sign on the dotted line. Anything sound fishy? It sure did to me... too many red flags. I passed. Be very careful if you see any such red flags.

Before I had cervical spine surgery in 1992, removing disc's at C4-C5 and C5-C6, and fusion using bone taken from my right hip, a neuroradiologist said he'd never seen multiple disc herniations except in chiropractic patients. Let the buyer beware!

Now, at 81, and 15 months post-decompression surgery for lumbar spinal stenosis, and still in pain and having difficulty straightening up, I'm hoping to be able to avoid fusion.
