From what I’ve read. In my case the muscles of the vagina that support the rectum beside it, are so weak, the rectum pops into that weakened area and makes a hernia ( bulge) into the vaginal space. Creating a pocket in the bowel that can trap stool. Looks like they need to stitch up the vaginal muscle to strengthen that area to again support the rectum. As for the leaky bladder? I believe they put some kind of net in to support the bladder. Not sure it has anything to do with uterus, but everyone is different and it all depends on your individual anatomy. Going to see Doctor this week to see what’s up with my saggy undercarriage and what the plan is. Good luck🤗

@slatesslates1 Vaginal wall repair was included in my surgery as it had fallen and was weak.
