I started using the Afflovest about two plus weeks ago and I have noticed more mucus coming up than previously. It is not dramatically difference, just some. I do it twice a day, medium setting, ten minutes for each procedure, total of 30 minutes. I also do the Aerobika about 20 to 30 times after each session but sometimes skip that if in a hurry. I cannot imagine what the Aerobika does after all the pounding and thumping on my chest and back and almost seems like a waste of time, however, I do it because some meds say you should.
