@amareese I’ve been on 80mg a day for almost 3 years. Diagnosed stage 1b. Tag is a miracle drug. I’ve been cancer free since my surgery - partial lobectomy. Had 4 chemo sessions over 12 weeks. Tagrisso definitely has side effects - frequent diarrhea, changes in hair, nails and skin. All manageable. Ask your oncologist or a dermatologist about ways to help alleviate symptoms. I have found them all manageable. I’m 81. Best of luck to you.

@franciekid I'm 79 and have had much the same experience as you. Original lobectomy 2018 followed by chemo and another surgery two years later. After another two years another nodule showed up but instead of surgery I started tagrisso. I've been on tagrisso almost three years and the nodule has disappeared. A little tense before each ct scan since I've been told it usually stops working after a year or two. Do you have a backup plan if tag stops working?
