I am very sorry to hear what you are going through. Since you had an MRI and the dx is a bulging disc
what is the MD’s plan of care? Have they referred you to pain management or neurosurg? Usually they will start with PT, then epidural injections, ablation and if none of these help surgery. In today’s healthcare you MUST be your own advocate……do your own research, read your chart especially the MD progress note, and if necessary find another provider and another provider until you are no longer in pain.
I truly understand what you are going through, I am a provider myself and I am also a patient that had a similar situation and I had to take it upon myself to find a provider that listened and finally did surgery. Again please be your own advocate !!!!!!
