Mine was sudden onset, Jan. 2021. Have you looked up PPPD? My neuro just prescribed venlafaxine which may help, they say. Also, seeing a new PT who specializes in PPPD. Had to give up driving. Grocery stores, social events, etc. So, I do understand. Like you, trying to make the best of what I can.

@migraineelaine I just looked up the drug you mentioned (venlafaxine also known as Effexor) and see that it is an antidepressant. I never tried that one, but my doctor (neurologist) did have me try Zoloft. I did for a few months and had no benefit. Maybe venlafaxine would work better. I will ask my doctor. Thanks for the recommendation.
