Hello from a difficult patient in London

Thanks, Paul! I had biopsy 3 days ago and got the numbers online yesterday: 3+4, Group2. I will meet with urologist this coming Tuesday. I’m 79 and in reasonably good health. Still processing what this means and want your book and your refreshing perspective. How do I get it? Can I get it online, like on Amazon? I live in rural Montana, USA.
