@qingjin16 Listen to the doctor's recommendations regarding lifting. I was good after my lumpectomy but after the revision I went shopping two days later and was sore. Thankfully I was fine with a cold pack application and Tylenol. I didn't lose any should range of motion. I had no restrictions for that. I didn't have lymph nodes removed though.
