1 - I too am shocked at the doses being used.
2 - the study is being done out of Johns Hopkins by a Dr Morrow. No mention of Dr Aron’s at Harvard.
3- is this really a follow up study , or a totally separate research initiative ? The doses being used make me think it is based on a separate thought process.

@ralpha4 totally separate out of john Hopkins by Christopher Morrow - a geriatric psychiatrist. So his lens is probably Bipolar dosing
The 9 week window is more typical for acute treatment window for psychiatric drug trials
We can still get valuable learnings if it does clear and move amyloid to csf - and it is a fast study

@ralpha4 good catch. I came to same conclusion last night when I went back to my notes on the upcoming trial that follows the Harvard/Nature. Study. That one will be led by Manson & Yanker and IT will be picked up by Brigham’s and Mass General
So now i need to figure out what this trial is.
