@josephpreid Whatever you do don't choose the do-nothing alternative. The longer one delays the more permanent the damage to your bladder after you ultimately are forced to choose an option and that results in things like increased urgency and frequency. The idea of any of these options is scary, but I can tell you in my case the procedure was not difficult, the recovery pretty quick and the results a huge improvement. I only wish I had done it 5 years earlier. Good luck.
