@jmab Same here jmab! I quit alcohol and started lifting weights 2-3 times a week, walk everyday with a weight vest and do an aerobics class 2X/week. I always ate healthfully, but adding more weight bearing exercise and losing the alcohol REALLY improved my health. I'm stronger now than ever! I just read a comment where someone suggested to read an online pdf called, "Don't waste your cancer". So inspirational!
I got a single mastectomy, so I wear a breast form in a mastectomy bra and bathing suit. No problem at all! Like you, I never liked bras, so the flat part of my chest feels free indeed!

@brightlight66 wonderful! Good for you! I will definitely check out that article. I'm proud that so many of us turned a negative into a positive by reclaiming our health & bodies post-cancer. Women really are the most resilient & courageous creatures! We should definitely be running the world! (Maybe someday...)! Thanks for this inspiring feedback! 😊
