Hi, @ozziegee, and welcome to Connect. Sorry to hear your range of motion (ROM) is not progressing as you’d hoped.

I would like to connect you with members @niazumbanut , @beatricefay , @cobweb , @nancylh , and @gailfaith , who have all talked about knee replacement. I hope they will share some of their experience with you.

While we wait for a response, I am wondering if you’ve by any chance talked to your surgeon about your recovery and how things are going?

@ ozziegee Sorry to hear that after so long you haven't progressed beyond 90 degrees. Do you have access to a stationary bike?
With my first TKR , I lowered the seat so the knee would get flexed. And then in the max position of bend, I would hold it there for a while. You may have to start with the seat a little higher at first. But you get the idea I'm sure. @gailfaith
