Not @dee65 here, but I have settled back on my old standby, the basic, big green Pari Vios, covered by most insurance. I tried numerous more portable ones, and they take longer or dispense with less force. My 4ml saline neb is under 15 minutes, as little as 10 - depending on my breathing/coughing any given day. I gave away my portable one to my daughter, because she only needs it occasionally.
