Hi Bill- I'm always interested in looking at new ideas.. Would you mind giving us a link to what you read? Also, many of us have had good luck clearing mucus with saline news, airway clearance, Mucinex and Breathe Easy herbal tea. Have you tried any of these?

There is a FB group site for people struggling with COPD, neuropathy, and numerous other medical problems. A user on there had mentioned the Turkey Tail and Cordecephs saying they had been very beneficial in helping him get rid of mucus. .Another item mentioned was Mullen which you can get in capsules or a tea. I have done some research and it seems that these herbal products do help with lung issues. I am going to try some I found on Amazon, will update abut progress. Bill5
