Biotin vitamins (I get them from Amazon) and Biotin shampoo and conditioner saved the day for me. The thickness has returned and I need a haircut every three weeks. Took about nine months, but I am thrilled. Bette

@bettes I am using ROUTINE shampoo/conditioner that has biotin in it; also taking biotin supplement. I just noticed a short layer of bangs underneath my sparse old bangs! I do believe something good is happening!
