@ginger123 cortisone shots eventually break down ligaments and tendons and can deteriorate the bones over a period of time. Ask your doctor if he/she can guarantee it won't.

@southern2 I agree with you on those cortisone shots, I have not read anything good from taking those shots and what it does to other organs in your body over time. Im not a candidate for those shots at all.

100%, I'm glad you shared this information too, because that is exactly what those shots do in thr long term!
I had them for 6 years until it went wrong and caused more damage.
