@sueinmn I have been going to PT for 2 weeks now. My Dr sent me there for dry needling. After working on me a couple times the therapist said she didn’t feel the dry needling was the right choice for now due to the amount of pain I’m in. She is trying different procedures now to hopefully ease some of this.

@larry29 If she is that honest with you, she sounds like the right person for you to work with. When you have unusual pain, there can be a long period of trial and error to find a modality that works.

I thought of you this afternoon as I was stretching in our warm (84⁰) salt water pool, trying to work out the kinks from doing too much this week. If you have access to a therapy pool, water exercises sometimes help too.
