I'm 70 and I have had hormonal fluctuations since menopause. I personally think there is a connection to sugar and fats in my diet and I get the night sweats when I eat red meat. There's a whole lotta stuff going on that I can't explain and neither can the doctors. Not on HRT. Just trying to do the basics - eat a balanced diet, sleep 7+ hours, get some daily exercise.

Red meat and some dairy may be culprits in the whole picture. I’m concentrating on the additional hormones given to animals as well as their diets, in general. Some can truly contribute to the side effects you describe. You may want to chart what you eat/drink for a week to see if the side effects surface again.
Also, I’ve had hot flashes w/meds and supplements- especially if not combined properly. Sorry you are experiencing this.
