Must admit this is strange. I have used the Wiesner Clamp for at least four years now and I’ve never had it come loose. I completely forget about the fact that it’s on until I feel it after 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I wear it going to the gym and sit on multiple different seats, I wear it going to people’s houses where I may sit in multiple chairs, I go to a bar that has a big dance floor Get up and down in between songs. Never even thought about it coming loose.

The hinge that clicks has got to be at the bottom on the left. You push it down Into that hinge and you should get four clicks, though it might be too tight for some people and need only two or three clicks. Make sure you use the right size of the 3 removable spacers so that it Isn’t too tight or too loose.

It might be a Righthand thing.

You can have the thing you push down into on the right as well as a left, but that tab must be on the bottom. If you feel underneath where the bottom cushion is, you’ll feel there’s a protrusion that pushes up into the bottom of your penis and that must be at the bottom.
