@larry29 Another out-of-the-box idea -
I had spinal pain in my neck, it turned out to be "referred" from knots in the upper back muscles, trapping/irritating nerves. I know the last thing we want to do when in serious pain is PT, but I was desperate. It took a rehab physical therapist ( I was referred by my pain rehab clinic) working gradually with myofascial release (MFR) and other manipulations, plus gentle stretching and work on my part, to break the cycle.
You usually find such a PT through your docs, and they are not the same people who oversee post-surgical protocols, they are a last resort when everyone else gives up.

Have you tried physical therapy?

@sueinmn I have been going to PT for 2 weeks now. My Dr sent me there for dry needling. After working on me a couple times the therapist said she didn’t feel the dry needling was the right choice for now due to the amount of pain I’m in. She is trying different procedures now to hopefully ease some of this.
