@grayner I have occasional hot flashes at night where I have to take off all of my covers and wait until I cool down. I’m not sure if it’s related to any medication I’m taking but it is nice to realize that I’m not alone!

@gemineye55 I was told that hot flashes happen when the blood has too much c02. When I have hot flashes I do a series of deep breathing , pursed lip- slow exhale. I actually did this last night. Blessings, Crystalena
