@eshan Something is not right with how you are clamping it down. I wear the clamp 18 hours a day. To the gym, on the treadmill, while biking, hiking, swimming. Try clicking it in until you hear 4 clicks. Use the most pronounced spacer and make sure you wear it with the spacer side on the bottom where the urine flows in the urethra. Test the fit by trying to urinate with the clamp on. If you for some reason you can urinate at that tightest setting you’ll need to place a small thin sliver of foam or rubber inside the bottom pad. Also, you don’t want to set it tighter than necessary to stop approx. 95% of the leaking.
If you empty your bladder before showering and clamp when done showering you shouldn’t be leaking unless there is a big problem with incomplete bladder emptying. Hope this helps.

Must admit this is strange. I have used the Wiesner Clamp for at least four years now and I’ve never had it come loose. I completely forget about the fact that it’s on until I feel it after 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I wear it going to the gym and sit on multiple different seats, I wear it going to people’s houses where I may sit in multiple chairs, I go to a bar that has a big dance floor Get up and down in between songs. Never even thought about it coming loose.
The hinge that clicks has got to be at the bottom on the left. You push it down Into that hinge and you should get four clicks, though it might be too tight for some people and need only two or three clicks. Make sure you use the right size of the 3 removable spacers so that it Isn’t too tight or too loose.
