@eshan Please write and explain. What brand are you using? Why in the shower? Have you used it with cloths. Do you still leak while it’s on? It should be used with a pad (Tena Maximum absorption is good) so you can catch any drips. You don’t want to clamp it too tight. Let me and Jeffmarc know to see if we can assist.

I am using Wiesner brand clamp and Depend brand pads. Because I don’t want my towel get wet and the urine is dripping. The problem i have the clamp gets loose and comes out. When the clamp is on then it doesn’t leak unless it becomes loose. Couple of times I used with clothes and it was not comfortable when I am sitting. I am afraid that will come off.
