I had THR & then revision 8 months later. I have constant pain by the incision & a fist size scar tissue that formed right after surgery. Dr said surgery & replacement was intact, but that scar tissue was common & said nothing could be done.

@cfoster4 I would get a second opinion; your doctor did not tell you the truth, even a physical therapist can work with you on this! I definitely would be seeing a different surgeon in the future!
