Flomax side effects

I am 71 and had my Primary Doc prescribe Flomax for incomplete emptying of bladder and occasional leakage after urination. Promptly I have one side effect that is baffling, and only 1. I have no problem achieving erection and ejaculating but there is no fluid at all, before was about a tablespoon or 2.
I have read that 20 times a month is great for the prostate health (my PSA 2 weeks ago was 0,4), so will the lack of fluid effect my chances for Prostate Cancer?

@huberttodd Lack of fluid will not cause cancer. May be retrograde ejaculation (going into bladder instead of out). This is a known side effect. Stop taking a few days and see if the problem resolves itself. Less likely to occur on lower dose (if just taking one capsule you could try to break it open and dump some out since its only made in one strength). Also, could try a different medication.
