I have a similar problem with my right leg,It has become increasingly worse over the last 3 months and the burning sensation in my knee is absolutely awful. I take three quarters of a 30mg co-codomol tablet. The thing that helps me the most apart from the painkillers is to lie on the same side as my leg.

@sonianikitina1 After years of suffering with pain for years from a pinched nerve in my spine that caused pain in my back and down my leg I had a decompression laminectomy….a very minor surgery that opened some space in the offending vertebrae where the nerve was being pinched. I was up and about the next day and have had no pain since and it’s been about 20 years since then. An MRI showed the problem. Check it out. .

@sonianikitina1 Try a cortisone shot and then PT. Drugs didn’t work for me, but after a shot in the SI1 both sides, and beginning PT, it seems to be improving.
