Welcome and sorry you had to join our group. I have very similar experience. Gleason 9. Orgovyx and Nubeqa since June 2025. Radiation Oct 2025. My PSA went from 30 to 0.19 in 2 months but I'm told I'm a weird case and it has been rising since. I was diagnosed castrate resistant on April 1 (but has really been that way since December). Moral of the story, sometimes you have to go back to the toolbox for a different tool. May the box always have more tools. 🙏
