I had a terrible experience with Proact. It made me 5x worse. After 8 months of adjustments, we pulled it out and did a sling. It mostly undid the damage from Proact, but I am basically a little worse than I was before starting this disaster. Before, I was using 2 pads a day. I had a prejudice about pull-ups and did not even look at them, thinking it was just a diaper. During this process I discovered how much better they are (4x), how secure (no leaks) and they look and fell almost like regular underwear. I now can go all day with a pull-up, but if doing a lot, I might add a pad inside. If I had it to do all over again, I would live with the pull-ups.

Did you have radiation before you had the ProACT installed? It doesn’t work in that situation.
