@souderkirk It is almost $600 a month with part B, D and the AARP supplement. Worth it to me bc many of the best doctors affiliated with hospitals like HSS who take medicare do not take Advantage plans. Advantage pays them even less than traditional medicare. Hope this helps.

@sstopalian Wow! $600 a month is a lot to me, but I understand the benefits in quality. My primary care and hospital system seems to be very good quality and I have no other health concerns beyond Osteopenia/Osteoporosis (I have two divergent readings-spine/forearm). If I cannot get some co-payment support, then next January 2027, if I decide to proceed with Evenity, I'll pay approximately $525 per month for 4 months, but then my advantage insurance will cover the entire cost of Evenity for the remaining 8 months (months 5-12). We'll see how it goes.
