i went with my mum and caregiver on a 4D3N international semi-business trip meeting more familiar associates taking 4hr plane ride both ways. Admittedly the rides were comfortable ones. There's no need for me to be on a wheelchair or need any special assistance onboard. They could'nt see me without leaning forward so I was pretty much alone without drama. There's also no problem clearing immigration with all those medication as well.
