I was diagnosed with HFpEF Oct of 25. Initially Jardiance helped. About two months in, it either quit working or my HFpEF got significantly worse. This past week I had a minimally invasive periocardiotomy at the Mayo as part of a research study. Fourth person in the study. The results were amazing…night and day .

@altilla Interested to know how it helped initially - how did you feel different? And please give more info about the procedure you had - what was it? What did it do for you? How do you feel now? Thanks.
