How does GFR move up and down so dramatically?

@gingerw
Following up on my appointment. It went well and the appointment nurse called to set up testing. I decided to put that on hold since I only have one more test at Northwestern and my potential live donor is getting tested there in May. So many unknowns. My B- blood type is good with her O but so many factors have to click! I’m on the inactive list as of Feb. 5 at NW.

@mrainne Thanks for letting me know. That was another thing complicating my quest for kidney transplant. I am O+ blood type, which means a donor kidney would have to be the same type.

You're right, so many unknowns. But you're making sound decisions.
