One of the Mayo Clinic doctors discussed the type of problem you’re having with using the injection.
The problem is that the tubes inside the penis have a hole in them that prevents the erection from staying around. Using the pump and The ringing stops that leakage, but obviously not for long. Other people have much longer erection retention with the injection. I refer you to the video so you could watch it but unfortunately, Mayo is unable to get the videos to work outside of Mayo, Something they were working on getting resolved.
You would be a perfect case for installing an implant. That would allow you to get an erection without it leaking out. They are very popular, close to 90% of the people with them are very satisfied. You keep the erection as long as you want to,
