I get leg cramps that are unbelievable at night...I actually yell in my sleep. I have been seeing a neurologist for over 7 years. I tried gabapentin and now lyrica...no relief at all. I have an SCS...it helps when I am walking bringing the pain from a 9 to a 6, but not what it was suppose to do. I am very frustrated with it all.... Orthopedic MD now wants to put the nerve to rest....I am going to try it as I don't know what else to do at this point.

@gailmarienewton I agree I would go for the exact same thing. But I was told about nerve albalation in which it maybe the same as what you are referring to. Ask your doctor about it. Hope you find relief.

@gailmarienewton has anyone suggested that you might have Benign Cramp Fasciculation Syndrome? I had that for several years until I found someone to treat it. It’s often diagnosed using an EMG.
