I am reposting this from the discussion group “Problems with Trimix” in search of any advice…
I had my prostate removed a year ago and I am still dealing with some urinary incontinence and ED.
I am 69 and I have tried with no success to get an erection suitable for intercourse since the operation. Viagra and Cialis do not work. I recently moved up to Trimix Double strength (30-2-20) and have still been unable to get a proper erection. I tried 30 ml, then 60, then 100ml. without success. I am thinking of trying a low daily dose of Cialis to help, and my pharmacy is mixing up Trimix at the (30-2-50) strength and I will try that. If anyone has any insight into this I’d appreciate advice. It’s been very frustrating.

I replied to this the other place you posted a message so you will have an answer.

You can have an AUS Installed at the same time as The implant so you can resolve your incontinence and erection problems at the same time. One other person in this forum did that.

Here is information on the AUS (Artificial urinary sphincter).

I’m having an AUS installed in June.
