I am on a bio similar called Yuflyma for recurrent uveitis but also have other autoimmune issues; it’s been 6 months (injections every 2 weeks) and the uveitis has not flared; I do take Tylenol occasionally for flares of joint pain which is somewhat better on this drug. Side effects are minimal for me.
Response to biologics varies for each patient. Best wishes.
